Logistics and order specialist

About the Role

As a Logistics & Order Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that orders, transportation, and related documentation are handled efficiently and accurately. You will interact with many stakeholders and work closely with customers, suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments on a daily basis.

The role combines operational coordination with analysis and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to solve day-to-day challenges, identify deviations, and develop processes that create smoother and more efficient workflows.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on orders, material flows, and transportation activities both domestically and internationally.
• Handle customs matters, trade documentation, and international payment and delivery terms.
• Coordinate activities between customers, suppliers, transport providers, warehouse partners, and internal functions.
• Analyze data, develop routines, processes, and working methods, and participate in improvement projects related to logistics and order management.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with experience in order management and logistics within an international environment and who is comfortable taking responsibility for the entire supply chain, from supplier to customer. You are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented.

You enjoy working with many points of contact, can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to transform information and data into concrete improvements. You are motivated not only to solve problems but also to understand root causes and develop better ways of working.

We Would Like You to Have

• Experience in order management, logistics, and transportation within international supply chains.
• Experience with customs procedures and knowledge of Incoterms and international trade payment terms.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to identify improvement opportunities and develop processes.
• Strong communication skills and excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with figures, reporting, and business systems.
• Experience from manufacturing, raw materials, steel, or process industries is considered an advantage, as is knowledge of the Infor M3 ERP system.
