At 51, Mats brings a remarkable career’s worth of experience from Superior Graphite Europe Ltd., where he started as a summer worker back in 1995 and went on to build and develop their global sales organization. When the former Scandinavia manager for one of their product segments retired – and the company needed a stronger bridge between production and sales – Mats stepped into the role. From there, his responsibilities expanded steadily to include the UK, Czech Republic, Slovakia, the former Yugoslavia, the Baltics and Poland — eventually covering both the oilfield and friction markets as well.
