The results are in!

Every two years, we conduct a comprehensive customer survey, a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), in collaboration with an external partner to ensure anonymity.

This helps us identify the areas where we excel and where we need to improve. This year, our overall CSI score reached 80.9, which is considered very high in most industries. This makes us incredibly happy and proud—especially since the areas you rated us highest in are service quality, product quality, and sustainability. This motivates us even more to keep evolving, driving the issues we’re passionate about, and striving to become even better! Thanks to all of you that participated in the survey—we truly appreciate you taking the time to help us improve!
