Strengthening the Team: Mats’ First Month at Carbomax

It’s been one month since Mats joined Carbomax – and what a start it has been. The first weeks are always intense, but we try to make sure they're equally inspiring and enjoyable.

With a portfolio as broad as ours, there’s a lot to take in, even for the most experienced professionals.

– It’s been a lot of new information to sort through. Sometimes it feels like a crosswind in my head, says Mats. But I’m confident that it will fall into place over time. What’s been most rewarding is meeting all my new colleagues and starting to see new, inspiring challenges take shape.

Coming from a producer background and having had only one previous employer, the shift has been noticeable – particularly in areas such as forecasting, planning and raw material management.

– The things I’m most excited about are definitely the short decision-making paths, the strong collaboration across departments, and my fantastic colleagues. They’ve made me feel very welcome, Mats continues.

It’s been great to have Mats join our team, and we look forward to the journey ahead.
