One step greener with every invoice

Have you heard of Peppol? If you’re new to the term, Peppol is a global network for secure, standardized electronic business transactions such as e-invoicing.

Peppol started out as an EU initiative and makes it possible to exchange invoices and other documents in the same format, no matter what systems the sender or receiver uses.

We currently receive all our e-invoices through Peppol, and we’re in the process of enabling outbound e-invoicing in the near future. For us, digital invoices fit our company profile perfectly – not only because they’re the greener option, but because they reduce paperwork, cut manual processing, and improve accuracy and traceability.

With Peppol set to become mandatory across the EU by 2030, now really is the time to start preparing. What do you think, is your company ready for the move to e-invoicing?
