Hosting the Infrastructure and Logistics Arena Network

This week, we had the opportunity to host the ILA (Infrastructure and Logistics Arena) network at Carbomax for the second meeting of the year.

ILA is a network driven by the Mälardalen Chamber of Commerce, gathering logistics-dependent companies from across all modes of transport. Strong infrastructure is a cornerstone for business – and without it, the entire value chain is at risk.

After Richard held a short presentation about Carbomax and what we do, we were joined remotely by Björn Lumsén from BioDriv Öst. He shared key insights on electrification and the transition of the transport sector in Västmanland – including the infrastructure we need and the political decisions required to get there.

We wrapped up with a tour of our production facility and Conny Hofvander gave everyone an up-close look at the materials and processes behind our work.

We are so happy to have been joined by Ida-Maria Rydberg from Nya Västerås Flygplats AB, Helene Berlin from Närkefrakt Ekonomisk Förening, Jessica Larsson from TechSeed, Siv Living from Region Västmanland, Sören Pettersson and Andreas Andersson from Mälarhamnar AB, Karin Widén from Västerås Stad and Oskar Axelsson from Handelskammaren Mälardalen.

And of course, from our own team: Richard Jansson, Josef Kaya, Conny Hofvander and Patrik Axelsson.
