Before stepping into his role as our CFO, Klas worked alongside our very own Richard as part of Alleima’s expansive finance team. So when the opportunity arose to once again team up with Richard at Carbomax, he seized it without hesitation.

Klas has certainly hit the ground running. He dove straight into the implementation of our new business system while simultaneously helping to steer Carbomax through its most significant transformation yet.
– As the company grows and evolves, it naturally encounters new challenges. Not everything has had a set process until now, especially since these changes impact every part of the organization. Take logistics, for example – doubling from ten to twenty trucks doesn’t just affect the drivers; it has ripple effects across multiple departments. But I thrive on hands-on work, being involved in decisions of all scales – whether it’s shaping major strategic moves or fine-tuning the small details that affect just a handful of people. It’s all about collaboration, and everyone plays a role in it.
