After working in production with manufacturing and warehouse operations, Lukas wanted to try something new and challenge himself. Today, he works with preventive, corrective and planned maintenance, where problem-solving is a natural part of everyday work.
One of the biggest changes? Moving from shift work to daytime work — and the fact that no two days look the same.
– I wanted to challenge myself and learn something new. What I really enjoy is problem-solving — figuring things out, working with design and being able to suggest solutions that actually make a difference, says Lukas.
The transition between departments was smooth, and the new role has opened up opportunities to combine technical thinking, hands-on work and continuous learning.
At Carbomax, we believe in giving people the chance to grow, explore new roles and build on their strengths — and Lukas’ journey is a great example of that in practice.
