At Carbomax, you’ll work with raw materials and products for the steel and foundry industries, contributing to more efficient and sustainable production.
About the role
As a Sales Representative at Carbomax, you will:
- Be responsible for sales, customer care, and development of both existing and new customers.
- Understand customer needs and processes to present the right solutions.
- Travel regularly to meet customers, build relationships, and develop new and existing collaborations.
- Prepare customized quotes, negotiate agreements, and follow up on deliveries.
- Work closely with colleagues across the organization, such as other sales reps, purchasing, logistics, and transport.
You can choose to be based at our office in Västerås, in Stockholm – or directly from your home office.
Who we are looking for
Our products require technical understanding, so we expect you to have a strong interest in learning our product range and its applications. You are a creative and outgoing relationship-builder who is motivated by making customers happy. You have a keen business interest and solid commercial knowledge.
You’re a high achiever who always aims to exceed expectations. You thrive with responsibility, are self-driven, solution-oriented, and communicative. A background in metallurgy, engineering, or similar within steel, foundry, or industry in general is an advantage. But above all, we value personal drive, the “right attitude,” and a willingness to learn our products and their applications – combined with a strong commercial mindset.
