A warm welcome from day one
From day one, one of the things that has struck me most is the openness and support we have experienced across the Traxys organization. During our first months together, we welcomed visits from several Traxys departments, giving us the opportunity to get to know more of our new colleagues and their areas of expertise.
Together with the Carbomax sales team, I also visited the Traxys headquarters in Luxembourg, where we had the opportunity to meet representatives from several departments. Shortly before the summer, I attended a conference in Turkey with the commercial divisions from across the group. These meetings gave me a deeper understanding of Traxys’ strong global market presence and commercial strength – but also of the energy and drive that exist throughout the organization.
What I have appreciated in particular is the warm welcome we have received at every level. I also recognize much of the entrepreneurial spirit that has always characterized Carbomax. There is an openness within Traxys to share knowledge, exchange ideas and support our continued development, which gives me great confidence in what we can achieve together.
New opportunities for Carbomax
For Carbomax, becoming part of Traxys creates a stronger platform for the future. Access to additional sourcing and purchasing channels and a broader international network gives us new opportunities to further develop our product portfolio and offer our customers and markets a wider range of products and materials. Traxys’ strong capital base also provides a stable foundation for future investments and initiatives.
To me, the combination of global reach and a shared entrepreneurial mindset is particularly exciting. It gives us new possibilities while allowing Carbomax to continue building on the knowledge, relationships and way of working that have brought us to where we are today.
Our journey has only just begun
I would like to thank everyone within Traxys for the warm welcome and constructive collaboration during these first months. Our journey together has only just begun, and I look forward to seeing what we can achieve in the years ahead.
After all, it is the people who define and build a company and, as I often say: – The sum of all employees’ contributions is equal to the performance of the company.
