CARBOMAX APPOINTS RICHARD JANSSON AS NEW CEO

Carbomax has appointed Richard Jansson as new CEO. Richard currently holds the position as President of the business unit Heating Materials at the Kanthal division at Alleima. He has previously held senior positions at Seco Tools and worked as a management consultant.

Carbomax has appointed Richard Jansson as new CEO. Richard currently holds the position as President of the business unit Heating Materials at the Kanthal division at Alleima. He has previously held senior positions at Seco Tools and worked as a management consultant. Richard has both a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management.

His solid experience, both within the industry and as a leader, will be key abilities in the work to further strengthen Carbomax’s position as a reliable and sustainable supplier to the metallurgical industry in the Nordics. Carbomax has recently undergone significant growth. Its revenue over the past five years has doubled and the company has established itself as a leading supplier of carbon, biocarbon, metals, and ferroalloys.

Richard Jansson will start as Chief Executive on April 8. Until then, Per Nyström will remain acting CEO.
